Key Components – Why LDA chose SP1 as their external IT partner
Firstly they required a level of reactive support for business continuity. If something happens to a machine or piece of software, they need those issues resolved proactively with minimal downtime. In order to satisfy these requirements they needed to procure an IT firm with a level of knowledge and competency to know how to solve these issues as and when they arise.
Next was the introduction of a proactive and strategic level of consultancy. LDA needed to make IT decisions today that would allow them to grow into the infrastructure they desired to become: they were making decisions for 40 people when they only had 10. Working with Stef and SP1 made the growth less painful.
Finally, SP1 helped Leonard Design to address issues where systems weren’t fit for the size they wanted to become, e.g phone and email. This enabled Leonard Design to make a big leap in establishing an infrastructure which would allow them to expand. They now have 5 offices globally.
