Document Migration Services and Training / Onboarding
We also offer document migration services for most case management systems.
This is typically done in 4 stages:
- Discovery – SP1 Solution will review and Analyse the legacy data to make sure that the data is intact and in a good state.
- Extract – Following from stage one SP1 will extract the data from the source database and map the data\folder structures.
- Prepare – Stage three will prepare the data to be uploaded to the new system in an organised manner. This stage will look at the old database and convert the data so that they it is ready to be uploaded to the new system.
- Final Migration Load and Report – Following from successful stage 1 to 3, in this last stage, SP1 will transform and load legacy data to the target data store. Post-migration checks will also be completed to make sure the project is complete and meets the firm’s requirements.
