Saturday 2nd August 2025 saw SP1 IT Solutions take to the track — and the hospitality suite — for our biggest and one of our most memorable events to date. As proud co-sponsors of Porsche Club Championship driver Simon Clark, alongside FormEvo and X-Press Legal Services, we welcomed an incredible 132 guests to the iconic Silverstone GP circuit.
From law firms and business partners to friends, family, and future collaborators, this was more than just a race day. It was a celebration of community, connection, and making memories together.
Family, Fun, and a Full House
Our Brooklands Suite hospitality was buzzing from the moment the doors opened. Sponsor lanyards, Silverstone wristbands, and even flags for the kids helped set the scene for a day that blended premium networking with genuine family fun.
Guests enjoyed the thrill of world-class racing, incredible food, and relaxed conversations — proof that some of the best business relationships start over a shared experience, not just a meeting room table. The warmth of the day shone through in the feedback we received:

A Roller Coaster on Track
Simon’s weekend was anything but predictable. Qualifying saw him secure double pole position by the narrowest of margins, despite a tricky 49-car grid and challenging track conditions. Spirits were high heading into Race 1 — until, in true motorsport style, the unexpected struck.
Moments before the start, the car suffered a technical issue right in front of the balcony packed with our guests. In Simon’s words, “If the car was going to ‘have a sense of humour,’ it picked its moment.”
Thanks to quick thinking from the team and a rallying announcement to guests, the focus shifted to Race 2. Hours of work in the garage paid off, and despite further tense moments in assembly, Simon fought hard to deliver a race win — a result that felt like a victory for the whole SP1, FormEvo, and X-Press Legal Services family.
Racing for a Cause
Among our guests was 10-year-old Harry Studley, his father, and godfather — attending as part of his incredible fundraising journey for the Bluebell Ward at Bristol Children’s Hospital. Harry’s determination and positivity inspired everyone in the room, and we were proud to help raise awareness and donations for this brilliant cause.

Silverstone GP 2025 wasn’t just about fast laps and trophy chasing — it was about bringing people together. The warmth, enthusiasm, and team spirit from everyone involved made this our biggest and most successful event yet.
